The user acknowledges that financial market operations involve high risk, including partial or total loss of capital. Past performance, scenarios, references or examples do not guarantee future results.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, devices and account access. Any activity performed through the user's account may be treated as performed by the account holder.
Access to certain areas, tools, analyses and subscriber-only materials may depend on an active paid subscription. Plans, prices, billing cycles, features and access conditions may vary according to the commercial structure in force at the time of subscription.
Payments related to paid subscriptions, renewals, activations or reactivations are considered final and non-refundable after payment confirmation, except where otherwise required by applicable law. MacroQuant may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional access, discounts or evaluation periods, but the absence, availability or use of any promotional condition does not change the non-refundable nature of confirmed subscription payments.
Reproduction, distribution, publication, forwarding, resale, commercial exploitation or unauthorized sharing of any MacroQuant content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, published analyses, market scenarios, execution references, reports, internal tools, platform materials, images, screenshots, private group content or subscriber-only information made available through the platform or official communication channels.
MacroQuant may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend, block, delete, ban or terminate the user's access if it identifies violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, attempts to circumvent access limitations, creation of multiple accounts to obtain improper benefits, unauthorized sharing of published analyses, fraudulent behavior, abusive conduct, security risk or any practice capable of compromising the integrity, exclusivity or proper operation of the service.
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect operational, commercial, legal or security changes. It is the user's responsibility to monitor the current version made available on the platform.
The court of the company's registered domicile is elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory applicable law determines otherwise.
